About the event

Enhancing your dog's motivation to work with you is essential for establishing effective training methods and teaching important life skills to your furry friend. The course covers an introduction to training methods and the science behind why they work. As well as key skill-based activities, included are:

  • Focus and Attention Work
  • Impulse Control
  • Loose Leash Walking
  • Recall
  • Perfect Stays

AND we have added these and more!!

Intro in to Science Based Training - why? because understanding how and why the training works will help you problem solve when things just are not working the right way.

Advocating for your Dog - why? because its easy to become overwhelmed - understand when it is appropriate to just say No

Techniques to help prevent unwanted behaviours - why? Did you know that resource guarding is a natural behaviour, did you know we can easily trigger the behaviour by our actions.

New Recall Games - why? because recall is FUN!!

Additional video support and homework sheets are emailed to help you on your journey with your new pup, and can be shared with members of you household.

This training will take place in Freds Dog Gym at 573 Lubitz Rd, Pembroke.
